The relationship between innovative education and quality education

This  issue has been clearly stated in the Decision of the Central Committee  of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Deepening the  Reform of Education and Promoting Quality Education in an All-round Way  issued during the National Conference on Education. It is not that  innovative education should leave the quality education as a new  starting point, but that quality education should focus on cultivating  students'innovative spirit and practical ability.Some  people say that innovative education has pushed quality education to a  new stage. Innovative education is the soul and core of quality  education. Innovative education has found a "grasp" for implementing  quality education and deepening quality education.Over the past few years, quality education has always felt a bit like a tiger eating?? I don't know where to start.Firstly, we should do more activities and do more sound, body and beauty, but we feel that we can't just stay at this level.Nowadays,  it is felt that innovative education has grasped a core content of  quality education and can become a "grasp". Moreover, innovative spirit  and innovative ability are easy to refine and operate, and can drive all  aspects of quality education with it.On  October 20, 1999, China Educational Newspaper reported the topic of  innovative education on the front page of the conference. It was pointed  out that innovation is the key to the implementation of quality  education.It has never been mentioned in the past, but it makes sense to think carefully.This  is the instruction of General Secretary Jiang. Innovation is a key  issue concerning the future and destiny of the country. Secondly,  quality education should improve the quality of the whole nation and the  innovation ability of the whole nation. It is consistent with the goal  pursued by innovative education. Education implementation

Target Orientation of Innovative Education

Basic  education is the education for the individual to enter a higher school,  the sustainable development of their own quality and the preparation  for the future society. --Innovative thinking.Innovative  thinking is a novel, unique and flexible way of problem solving at the  concept level. Three levels

Innovative Education as a Thought and Concept

He said that "innovation is the soul of a  nation's progress and the inexhaustible motive force for the country's  prosperity and development..."The  development of science and technology and the innovation of knowledge  increasingly determine the development process of a country or a nation.One of the fundamentals of innovation is to rely on education and talents.(2) From the perspective of knowledge economy.Debra  Emmeton defines innovation as "creating, developing, communicating and  applying new ideas for the sake of excellence of enterprises, prosperity  of national economy, and progress of society as a whole, so as to  transform them into marketable goods and services".Its  starting point is that innovation is a value system, its core is to  push ideas to the market, and its process is to push theory to practice."We  live in a world where the application of new ideas may be the most  important competitive advantage." The key to success is not only the  number of new ideas, but also the realization of these ideas.(3) from the perspective of environment.In  1979, the Club of Rome published a research report entitled "Answering  the Challenges of the Future", in which it proposed that the solution to  the gap lies in promoting a new concept of learning - innovative  learning, which is based on the acquisition of existing knowledge and  experience so as to improve the ability of sustained learning to solve  the problems that have occurred.To  improve a person's ability to discover, absorb new information and  raise new problems through learning, in order to meet the changing  society and innovative learning.(4) Focus on the research of innovation methods and innovation system.UNESCO  held a conference on the theme "Higher Education in the 21st Century:  Perspectives and Action" at its headquarters in Paris from 5 to 9  October 1998.One of the themes of this conference is to propose new innovative education methods: critical thinking and creativity.It  puts forward suggestions from four aspects: firstly, higher education  should re-examine and arrange the contents, methods and teaching methods  of higher education in a new partnership with the community and various  sectors of society; secondly, it should have a new student-centered  perspective and model, so that students can think and analyze social  problems in a critical spirit and seek solutions; thirdly, it should  re-establish courses.Cheng,  based on students'ability to acquire skills, talents and communication;  fourth, the new textbooks should not only enhance memory, but also  enhance understanding, practical working skills and creativity.

As  can be seen from the above discussion, nowadays people have not formed a  unified understanding of innovation or innovative education, and the  discussion of innovative ideas is still in the descriptive stage.
